AEW Wrestling League - Male Singles
Highlights:
- Jon Moxley is yet to have a clear contender for his AEW World Championship as of yet.
- MJF seems the best placed contender to step up and challenge Moxley. However he may need another significant win to cement his place.
- Jericho is still ranked number 1, by AEW due to having just help the top title however he has not been picking up the wins in 2020 in singles matches to back up this ranking.
- Jimmy Havoc is well positioned to climb into the top group with a win over Cody on Dynamite this week. Hager could also do the same with a couple of wins.
AEW Wrestling League - Female Singles
Highlights:
- Hikaru Shida has been the AEW wrestler in number 1 spot for the longest without getting a title shot, 1 vs 1. Now must be her chance, the numbers demand it!
- The gap between Shida and Rose and everyone else is notable.
- Riho is in a worrying run of form with a losing streak of -3.
- Notable competitors, Britt Baker and Kris Statlander, will be disappointed with their middling records.
AEW Wrestling League - Male Tag
Highlights:
- A huge gap has formed between the top 2 and the rest of the teams.
- With Blood and Guts being postponed, Mega Cowboys may have to accept a challenge from the growing Dark Order.
- Jurassic Express are having a great year and are essentially the number 3 tag team in AEW at this moment in time.
- Lucha Bros, Santana/Ortiz and SCU are not having the same success as they experienced in 2019, SCU's form is particularly poor with a -3 streak.
